Welcome to the HarCo Comedy Festival site. By using this site or submitting to the festival, you agree to these terms.

The site

Everything on this site, including text, images, and logos, belongs to the HarCo Comedy Festival team. Please do not republish our content without asking first.

Submissions

By submitting, you confirm that:

The tape is your own stand up performance.
It is 5 to 10 minutes long, a single stationary shot, with no cuts or edits, no host intro, and jokes rather than crowd work.
It was recorded within the last 6 months.
You accept the published fee for your tier, and you understand submission fees are non-refundable.

Submitting does not guarantee acceptance. Our team reviews every submission against our published criteria, and all lineup decisions are final. If you are accepted, we may use your submitted headshot and bio for festival marketing and show promotion.

Tickets and shows

Tickets are sold through Eventbrite and are subject to Eventbrite's terms, unless sold directly by a host venue, which is subject to their ticketing site's terms. Show details, including venues, lineups, and times, can change. Each venue sets its own house policies, including age requirements.

Behavior

Our shows run on good vibes. We may remove anyone whose behavior disrupts a show, with no refund.

Liability

Our shows take place in third-party venues. Our liability is limited to the price of your ticket.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Maryland.
