We are the HarCo Comedy Festival team, a volunteer-run community comedy festival in Harford County, Maryland. We take your information seriously, and we keep this simple: we only collect what we need to run the festival, and we never sell it.

What we collect

Submissions: your name or stage name, email address, location, tape link, and headshot.
Messages: whatever you send us by email or through the site, including partnership and venue correspondence.
Ticket purchases: tickets are sold through Eventbrite, and Eventbrite handles buyer information under its own privacy policy.

How we use it

We use your information to review submissions, run judging, communicate with performers and partners, and handle festival logistics. Our judging committee reviews submission materials as part of the selection process.

What we never do

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers. Submission materials live in our festival tools (Gmail, Google Drive and Sheets, Wix) and stay with the team.

Your control

Your tape is a YouTube link you own. If you delete or unlist the video, we no longer have it. To ask us to remove your submission information, email harcocf.submissions@gmail.com.

If we update this policy, we will update the date above.
